Our Co-Founder

Dr. Badewa T. Adejugbe-Williams, Ed.D, is a Specialized  Academic Instructor, Educational Therapist/Professional (ET/P) and Multicultural Educational Specialist. She is the Chief Executive of Ladama Consultancy LLC (USA and Nigeria), founder of the Royal School of Educational Therapy Foundation, Nigeria. She is the Chair of the Nigeria Diaspora Summit Initiative and the Chair/Coordinator of the Nigeria Diaspora Investment Summit. She is also a co-founder of the Association of Female Agripreneurs, Nigeria. In the US, Dr. Adejugbe-Williams is a Co-Chair of the Emergent African Forum and an Advisory Member of the Africa Chamber of Digital Commerce (ACOFDC)
